Journey to Success LLC was founded by Reva Mingo as a means to fill the void that families impacted by mental health and substance abuse faced when asking for help. Having experienced the pain that comes with having a parent suffer from mental health and substance abuse, Reva realized that she had a calling, to find a way to offer a means for individuals and families to deal with the pain and anguish of mental health and substance abuse.  Working to understand the grip mental health and substance abuse had on its victims, she sought to understand the ways in which a family could work together to build a life affirming a path forward.

Reva has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in human services clinical counseling with a focus on Alcohol and Drugs. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). Reva took a leap of faith and started Journey to Success LLC - a organization that strives to help individuals with mental health and substance abuse challenges and educate families to manage the effects of mental health and substance abuse-related problems.

The path to healing is not simple, it takes support from within a family and a caring and understanding environment. She believes healing is possible with the right encouragement, motivation, coping mechanisms, and support. Reva asks you to join her in creating your own Journey to Success.
